"Cross Me" by Merle Rutledge

"They will step all over you; but those that step on you, will never ever think about crossing my path." by Merle Rutledge

"This quote is very important to any and everyone from all walks of life. You have to have some heart about something, and be willing to stand up and die for it. It is too many plea bargaining, snitching, giving up, and quitting on their dreams and goals, because they feel society has it out for them. We all as a nation has to be smart about which moves we make and how we address our enemies. They will come from each and every direction; from your household to the paths that you may begin to walk. You have to believe in yourself and be willing to take a fight to someone that has been more than willing to take what is yours freely. This goes out to all those stuck in the criminal justice system and feel like the police, the judges, and prosecutors have it out for you worse. Some of you feel that the public defenders are working with them. I can't say represent yourself is the best thing to do, but you should know as much about what is going on with your case; and even more so, because its your life that is affected by these decisions, "NOT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE." All those struggling with a school system, city officials, and people that are supposedly suppose to searve the public, but spend more time serving themselves. Stop trying to work things out at the bottom and start at the top to the superintendant, the mayor, the council members, and than have to figure out the way to make things right. If they don't than go about them, and make sure "How you was wronged?" Doesn't happen to you and be a leader to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. A lot of people throw out this victim card as if they put up a fight in not becoming one. Some of you quit, and a quitter is not a victim, but another predator on society. It is these predators that give up that infects other's to give up, when they could have fought their fight a long time ago. What, we do now in America, will speaker louder for our generations, than our generations has ever spoke for themselves. This is in no way to excuse any criminals and the actions they take, but its stupid to plead or give up to charges or assertions, when you know its not true. Don't let the defenders that are suppose to defend you; tell you, how guilty you are. Some day, we all will become our own representative. I rather have experience now, than to ever be back at the point; of not knowing what to do. Remember this phrase "Ignorance is no defense for breaking the law." Educate yourself, educate your family, educate your home, and overall "Educate the one's that attempt to miseducate you." "That's the real solution to fixing the problems."
